Refund Process

• refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers
• refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears heavily damaged during delivery, customers are advised to:

• take clear photos before opening
• contact us immediately after receiving the parcel

This helps us coordinate with courier partners more effectively.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For healing sessions or consultation bookings:

• rescheduling requests may be considered with prior notice
• completed sessions are non-refundable
